Quality
An application of the film Tintsmart uses along with our expertise, ensures only the finest results making it almost impossible to distinguish between the original glass and the new tinted window.

Because our film is the industry standard and the highest quality we are confident to guarantee the following:

  Lifetime warranty to original purchaser.
Heat shapeable, allowing seamless, 1 piece rear screens
  Will not fade or discolor

Tintsmart's outstanding quality was recently recognised by 'BMW Performance Magazine' when they were selected to feature in an article dedicated to window tinting. Click here to view the tinting article.

Protection
The film protects you and your passengers from harmful UV light by 99.9%. It also keeps your vehicle cool in the summer and protects the interior and upholstery from sun damage.

Security
Once the high quality film is applied to the glass it automatically becomes part of the glass therefore making the glass more resistant. This can help to stop criminals trying to smash the window to steal your belongings as the glass wouldn't shatter. This would also apply in a road accident protecting you and your passengers from broken glass. However don't worry, it will not trap you in the car as it is very easy (and a lot safer) to push the glass OUTWARDS once it has broken.

Safety
While driving at night or alone you can feel intimidated by other
drivers so tinting your windows give you added privacy and can also deter potential thieves from breaking into your car if your valuables cannot be seen. Glare from headlights is also reduced making driving less hazardous.

Legal
Motor vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985:

The light transmitted through the windscreen must be at least 75%.
The front side windows must allow at least 70% of light to be
   transmitted through them.

If the glass is tinted to a point whereby it lets through less light, the vehicle does not meet legal requirements.

*At present it is not checked at the MOT.
